Adulting in Power Exchange Relationships
Friday January 17, 2025 | 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This class explores the complexities of “growing up” in power exchange relationships, providing guidance for both newcomers and those looking to deepen their understanding of their dynamic. Master Bren and slave Sky will share their strategies on navigating life challenges while maintaining the integrity of their dynamic, fostering understanding, resilience, and self/mutual growth in their partnership.
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Master Bren and slave Sky have been in a Master/slave dynamic since 2019, drawing strength from Bren’s Latinx background and their identities as trans individuals. Their relationship is built on trust and communication, promoting personal growth. They engage in community outreach to empower others and foster inclusivity. Living in Northern California, they are honored to serve as the Northwest Master/slave 2024 and host a regional gathering called Leather ChurchNorCal.
When not at community events, Master Bren works in social services fighting homelessness and breaking barriers to housing for their local community, while slave Sky goes to school to pursue their passion for providing accessible mental health care for everyone and holds down the fort at home for their Master every day. Together, they strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment, believing that empowerment and utilizing a trauma informed lens are the keys to thriving in both personal and community dynamics.
