Accommodations Fundraiser: The Exiles’ Online Talent Show
**ONLINE FUNDRAISER**
Lights. Camera. Leather. This February, The Exiles & Friends are taking the stage — literally — with an online community talent show that celebrates our creativity, queerness, kinkiness, and collective brilliance. Every ticket supports the Exiles’ Accessibility Fund, helping provide more accessibility for all kinksters at future events.
The Exiles is raising money for our Accommodations Fund by hosting an online talent show on February 22nd at 3 pm PST.
This show will help us support our disabled and low-income community members attend future events.
Accessibility needs to be at the heart of every community. It means making sure our community can show up as whole people. Access can look like sliding-scale tickets, mobility and wheelchair accommodations, ASL interpreters, sensory-friendly practices, online programming, COVID-conscious policies, and cultural safety for BIPOC, trans, disabled, and low-income members. Everyone deserves to feel included and supported.
And of course, accessibility practices cost money. This is why we rely on our community’s support to keep every program and event welcoming, inclusive, and truly accessible to all.
**ABOUT OUR HOST**
Mx Eli (he/him) is a Trans masculine Queer Leather switch. He flags Red, Hunter Green, and Orange on either side because he always forgets which side means what… feel welcome to inquire. He served as Southwest slave 2013 and Ms Texas Leather 2019. For more than a decade he has volunteered as an educator, judge, emcee, and passionate advocate for wholehearted living in alternative sexuality communities across the country. He lives and thrives in Austin, Texas despite the oppressive political climate while continuing his professional work as a therapist specializing in working LGBTQ clients as an act of resistance.

$150 or more is the Disability Defender level and gets you the previous tier perks, 2 free tickets to our talent show, and your logo advertised at our talent show
