ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Under Her Heels: Stilettos as a Dungeon Implement
Control from the Ground Up
High heels are not just fashion. They are posture, presence, control, intention…. intimidation ?
In this class, we explore stilettos and pumps as fully realized dungeon implements. From precise pressure to sharp impact, from stillness to domination, heels become a tool for shaping sensation, directing power, and building dynamic connection. A single step can command attention. A shift in weight can change the entire scene.
You might never look at a pair of red bottom heels the same way again.
This is a dual-perspective experience that centers both sides of the interaction. Not just the person wearing the heel, but the person feeling it.
D-types / Tops will explore:
Using heels for control, restraint, and intentional pressure
Techniques for impact, teasing, and psychological intensity
Body language, posture, and femme authority as part of dominance
Building scenes where heels are the primary or only implement
s-types / bottoms will explore:
Sensation across the body through weight, pressure, and contact
Psychological responses to proximity, control, and vulnerability
Devotional dynamics and the experience of being under her heel
Communication, negotiation, and staying grounded during play
Together, we will work through guided exercises that build confidence, awareness, and skill. This class engages the full experience of D/s. Physical, emotional, and psychological.
Expect something sharp, intentional, and deeply felt.
This is about more than impact. It is about presence, tension, and what it means to be under their heels.
