Playing with terror is an extremely intense form of edgeplay that reaches into the darkest recesses of the human mind. It taps into our most primal parts, so manipulating it can place a scene on exciting and dangerous ground. Terror play can illicit strong and, sometimes, illogical and unpredictable reactions from both the bottom and the top. Learning how to use fear as a method of edgeplay while mitigating the potential for possible mental and physical damage is like walking a razor’s edge.
In this class, tops will learn how to get into a bottom’s head and (consensually) exploit their deepest fears. Bottoms will be learn tools to effectively discuss, negotiate, and engage in fear play as safely as possible. Expect the unexpected, as this class will teach you how to safely incorporate terror as an intensely connective form of mindfuck and give you the tools to use it as the basis of an edgeplay scene.
Due to the intensity of the topic, this class is not recommended for beginners in the world of BDSM. Class attendees should arrive already understanding the concepts of RACK, scene negotiations, BDSM safety, and aftercare (i.e.: know all the rules before learning to bend them). Also, fair warning, some may find the demo presentation and subject matter for this class disturbing. After all, that is the entire point.
