DESCRIPTION:Exiles business meeting are held every month (usually the first
  Sunday unless it falls on a holiday) from 5pm-7pm. The location alternate
 s between San Francisco and Oakland. All members are urged to join us and 
 welcomed when they do!\n\nBusiness meetings are open to all members. What 
 happens at business meetings?\n\n 	All members are urged to participate in
  discussions\n 	We plan great kinky events\n 	We participate in the runnin
 g of the organization\n 	After attending two of the previous four meetings
 \, attendees may make motions and vote.\n 	Even if you don't yet have voti
 ng rights\, your opinions always matter\n 	Officers report on what is happ
 ening\n\nIf you cannot attend the meeting in person\, and you are a member
  and want to attend\, you can call in to the meeting by following these in
 structions:\n\n 	Get a copy of the Agenda\, either viewing online during t
 he meeting\, or get a printout. It will be available on Google Docs a da
 y or two before the meeting.\n 	Read the May meeting minutes before the me
 eting\, so you can vote on approving the minutes.\n 	Review the action ite
 ms in advance of the meeting.\n 	Join the meeting on the conference call.
