In 2007, we threw our first Play Party in the South Bay. Held at the woman owned & operated play space - EDGES in Santa Clara, it was an incredible success. We are doing it again this year.
Join Us for a Spring Bacchanal!
The Bacchanalia were wild and mystic festivals of the Roman god Bacchus or Dionysus, the Greek god of mystery. For one night, join the ranks of the Maenads, the female worshippers of Dionysus and Bacchus. Maenads are known as wild women who indulge in copious amounts of flagellation, bloodlust, and wild, frenzied sexual activity. Spring is here and it's time to abandon your inhibitions and indulge your sensual fantasies with The Exiles at Edges.

Party Tips
Here's some info to help you have a good time at Bacchanalia
So you know, this isn't strictly a SM play party. It's a lot more than that.
-- It's a women's sex party
-- It's a kinky BDSM & more party
-- It's a great chance to watch & maybe even learn. The Exiles is an educational organization after all!
-- If you don't have a date, there will be many other women there flying solo. You won't be alone.
-- If you are in a monogamous relationship, come together & enjoy the charged atmosphere.
First Time? To Play or Not to Play:
This is a sex party with BDSM kinky play. Do what you're in the mood for. There will be sex there so think in advance of what boundaries you have for safer sex practice. If you're not ready for something just tell your play partner. Explain that this is your first party and that will give you an opening to ask all sorts of questions. There will be gloves and condoms at the party. Not sure about dental dams. If you're particular about glove size as we are, bring your own. The gloves/condoms are latex so if you're latex sensitive, please bring your own non-latex supplies. Also a good idea to bring your own sex toys, SM toys. (to be used on you or for you to use on your play partner.)
What to Wear
Because it's a kinky thematic sex party, fetish wear is not necessary. Clothes that make you feel sexy are highly encouraged. Theme clothing is also highly encouraged. Anything reminiscent of the Greek & Roman times which gave birth to the Maenads & the Bacchanalia is also welcome. Use the classic toga or create your own woman warrior outfit. How to Make the Best of Bacchanalia
Various advice and thoughts...
- There will be "Ambassadors" at the party. These are party volunteers who are assigned to show you around the place.
They are great for letting you know how the space works and to introduce you around, especially if you are flying solo.
In fact, there is a rumor that at least one of the ambassadors may even be available.
