Why do you need my legal name?

We need your legal name to validate your acceptance of the Waiver and Liability Release Form. Also, unless you specify otherwise, mail will be addressed to your legal name.

Tell me about scene names

Some people prefer to use a separate name in the BDSM community. If you specify a scene name, that is what will appear on your membership card and on the membership list at the door at Exiles events. You can optionally receive regular mail addressed to your scene name.

Why do you need my email address?

We will send a confirmation of your renewal to your email address. It will be used to add you to any email lists you’ve authorized. You can also optionally receive The Lunatic Fringe via email.

Why do you need my mailing address?

We will occasionally send you paper mail, such as your election ballots and membership card. You can also optionally receive The Lunatic Fringe in paper form.

What are the membership types?

There are four membership types, please choose. Prices effective until September 1! We prorate fees if you renew past August 31, the rates will be adjusted. See below for a breakdown of the prorated fees.

Associate	Must live outside of these counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano and Sonoma.	Receives The Lunatic Fringe Reduced program admission only	$18.00

For an additional fee per person ($24 for the full year, reduced by $2 monthly) you get free entry to all programs for the remainder of the membership year.
