Ergonomic Roughhousing
Presented by Lamalani
Friday Apr 26, 2013 – doors open at 7:30pm

Lamalani draws from seven years of self-defense training and 22 years as a percussionist to teach how to hit ergonomically, ways to strike, and how to balance out size differences. This class will teach tops to pack a better punch. Both tops and bottoms will learn how to grapple with maximum efficiency and minimal effort. This is a hands-on workshop where people will be encouraged to practice.
